About Us

Who we are and what we sell

Carpi Creative Shop is an online store for downloadable design assets. We sell fonts, graphics, illustrations, mockups, templates, textures, patterns, backgrounds, photographs, icons and 3D files to designers, marketers, small businesses and anyone who needs finished artwork without starting from a blank page.

The store is operated by CARPI GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. Everything we sell is digital and delivered as an instant download — there is no shipping, and nothing arrives in the post.

What you will find in the store

Our catalogue runs to more than a thousand products, organised into categories so you can go straight to the kind of asset you need:

  • Fonts — display, script, sans serif and serif families.
  • Graphics and illustrations — vector artwork, icons and add-ons.
  • Templates — presentation decks, résumés, flyers and business cards.
  • Mockups — product and branding scenes for presenting your work.
  • Textures, patterns and backgrounds — including seamless tiles.
  • Photography — stock images for editorial and commercial projects.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include everything you need to start using the asset. You can browse the full range in the shop.

How our licence works

Every product comes with our Standard Licence at no extra cost. It is perpetual, worldwide and non-exclusive, and it covers unlimited personal and commercial projects — including paid client work. You can modify, recolour, crop and adapt what you buy to suit the job.

What you cannot do is resell or redistribute the files themselves, or bundle them into a competing asset library. The full terms, including when you would need an Extended Licence, are set out in our Licence. Attribution is welcome, but it is never a condition of the licence.

Buying and downloading

Once your payment has cleared, your files become available immediately. You will receive an email with your download links, and the same files stay in your account under “Downloads”. Download links do not expire and there is no cap on how many times you can retrieve a file you have paid for, though we always recommend keeping your own backup.

Because our products are digital and supplied straight away, the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply once a download has started. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected if a file is faulty or is not as described — our full position is set out in the Terms of Use.

Support

We are a small team and we answer our own email. If a file will not open, a download link has stopped working, or you are not sure whether your intended use is covered by the licence, ask us before you buy rather than after. We aim to reply within three working days.
