The terms on which you may use our website and buy from us

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of carpicreative.com and any purchase you make from it. Please read them carefully. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

carpicreative.com is operated by CARPI GROUP LTD, trading as Carpi Creative Shop, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17432797, whose registered office is at 32 Topps Drive, Bedworth, Warwickshire, CV12 0DE, United Kingdom. 2. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not introduce any virus or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, scrape or harvest content in bulk, place disproportionate load on our infrastructure, or use automated means to create accounts or place orders.

We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Download links are personal to your account and must not be shared.

4. Our products

Everything we sell is a digital product supplied as a download. Nothing is shipped physically, so no delivery charges apply.

Each product page lists the file formats, dimensions and contents of the download. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but screen colours vary between devices and small differences in appearance are not a defect.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order. Where VAT or other sales tax applies to your order, it will be shown before you complete payment.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment is taken at the point of order. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed between us, when we confirm your order by email.

6. Delivery and access to downloads

Your download becomes available once payment has cleared and your order is marked as processing or complete. You will receive an email containing your download links, and the files are also available in your account under “Downloads”. You must be logged in to download.

Download links do not expire and there is no limit on the number of times you may download a file you have bought, but we recommend you keep your own backup. If a link stops working, contact us and we will restore your access.

7. Your right to cancel, and refunds

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. However, for digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once the download begins, provided you have agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right. You give that agreement and acknowledgement when you complete checkout, so once you have started downloading a product you will not usually be entitled to cancel.

This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not match the specification on its product page. In those cases you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will also consider a refund at our discretion where you have bought the same product twice in error, or where a file is corrupt or will not open and we cannot resolve the problem for you. To request a refund, email support@carpicreative.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within three working days and will issue any refund to your original payment method.

8. Licence to use what you buy

What you may do with the files you buy is set out in our Content Licence Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. In short, you get a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence for unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work, but you may not resell or redistribute the files themselves. Please read that document before you use any asset.

9. Our intellectual property

All content on this website, including the products, product previews, page copy, layout, logos and the Carpi Creative name, is owned by CARPI GROUP LTD or licensed to us. Except as expressly permitted by the Content Licence Agreement, you may not copy, reproduce or reuse any of it.

10. Content you submit

If you submit a review, comment or other material to our site, you confirm it is your own work, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, publish and adapt that material in connection with our business. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.

11. Third-party services and links

Our site relies on third parties for payment processing, analytics, email and customer support, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site. How we handle your personal data, and who we share it with, is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Disclaimers

We provide the website and our products with reasonable skill and care. Except as set out in these Terms and as required by law, we do not give any warranty that the site will be error-free or that any product will meet your particular requirements.

13. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for that order or £100.

If you are a business, you accept that you use the site and the products at your own risk and that the limits above are reasonable.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, and withdraw your access to downloads, if you materially breach these Terms or the Content Licence Agreement, if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if a payment is reversed or charged back. Where it is reasonable to do so we will contact you first and give you an opportunity to put things right.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We will always show the date these Terms were last updated at the top of this page.

16. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, email support@carpicreative.com and we will try to resolve it directly. Complaints about how we have handled your personal data can also be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms are between you and us; no one else has any right to enforce them. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
