We answer every message ourselves. Email is the fastest way to reach us and gives us the detail we need to sort most problems out on the first reply. We aim to respond within three working days.

This is our registered address for company and legal correspondence. As everything we sell is a digital download, please do not send returns or physical items to this address.

What to include in your message

Telling us these things up front usually saves an exchange of emails:

  • Your order number, and the email address you used at checkout.
  • The name of the product the question relates to.
  • For a file problem: which file, what you tried to open it with, and the exact error message you saw.
  • For a licensing question: what you intend to make, whether it is for a client, and roughly how it will be distributed.

Before you write — the quick answers

  • Where are my files? Your downloads appear in your account under “Downloads” as soon as payment clears, and in your order confirmation email. You need to be logged in to download. Start at My Account.
  • My download link has stopped working. Links do not expire — email us and we will restore your access.
  • Can I use this in client work? Yes. The Standard Licence included with every purchase covers commercial and client projects. The limits are set out in the Licence.
  • Can I have a refund? Digital downloads are not normally cancellable once the download has begun, but you are covered if a file is faulty or not as described, and we consider duplicate purchases case by case. See section 7 of the Terms of Use.
  • I need a licence beyond the standard one. Tell us what you have in mind and we will quote for an Extended Licence.
